These are separate allowances. One fault counts as one repair job, even if parts require a return visit. Workmanship callbacks do not use your allowance.
The key things to know
Your first 3 months
Eligible repair parts and labour are limited to £250 including VAT in total across the first three months. Extra repair work is quoted separately. This cap resets when you upgrade to a higher tier.
Your term, renewal and price
A 12-month minimum term applies, followed by automatic annual renewals. Prices and terms change only at renewal, with at least 30 days’ notice. You can decline renewal. Usage and general business increases are separate components.
Limits and exclusions
Diagnostics beyond five are charged at the standard rate. Repairs beyond five are quoted. Pre-existing faults and other exclusions apply. Hot-water cylinders require a bolt-on. Full scope and exclusions are in the supplied terms.
Changing your mind
The statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies, with the contractual extension described in the terms. A proportionate charge may apply where you expressly request an early service. Later early cancellation may incur remaining payments less genuinely saved costs.
